Recruiting: Autism and Communication Programme Coordinator
We are currently recruiting an experienced professional to take responsibility for implementating & developing our Autism & Social Development Programmes, in line with good practice and exceeding minimum childcare standards.
This role promises to be a challenging and rewarding one. The postholder will be responsible for:
managing staff/volunteers;
ensuring adherence to required standards in line with our own and statutory requirements;
networking and developing partnerships in the local community &
developing a relationship with colleges to accommodate student placements.
He/she will also be required to work alongside the Managing Director and the rest of our staff team to ensure that the programme contributes effectively to the wider Sólás organisational objectives.
