Parent's group is back

Our parent support group is back for Autumn 2015.

Place: CRI Building, corner of Donegall Pass & Ormeau Road.

Date: 6 x Thursday mornings from 15 October to 19 November 2015

(excludingThursday 29 October)

Time: 10.30am to 12 noon.

Anne Costello from Wellness for Life will lead us through six sessions focusing on how to care for ourselves while caring for others (go to www.wellness-for-life.co.uk to find out more).

Feel free to come along and bring a friend or partner. It is not necessary to attend previous sessions if you wish to come along one week. All will be made most welcome.
