SUPPORTING US
Sólás is a NI Registered Charity
Charity No. NIC100114
Why we need your support
Sólás is a registered not-for-profit charity. Each year, Sólás helps over 500 children and young people in Northern Ireland with additional learning needs, and provides support for their families.
As a social enterprise, Sólás relies on funding from statutory bodies as well as independent funders. All of our clubs and programmes require funding, for everything from snacks & drinks to days out and equipment.
We apply for funding from government bodies and small private funders. Whilst we are very grateful for the funding we receive from these trusts, we still have a shortfall in funding which must be met through fundraising activities. In 2015-2016 these included our family fun day, Open Mic nights, "night at the races" events and sponsored walks.
We also rely on donations from individuals like you. By donating to Sólás you will help us to continue providing a safe and supportive environment for children and young people, parent support and educational support for the most vulnerable in our society.
Please make a donation
We need help to keep delivering this service to improve the lives of those who access our services. Any donation, however big or small, will help us to keep running our clubs and programmes which really do impact the lives of children with learning difficulties, and those around them.
Donating is straightforward and secure.

Our Funders
Sólás is a NI registered not-for-profit charity. We have established a trading arm in training and media www.schoolpodcast.org which generates revenue to support the charity. We are currently developing an accredited disability training course which will also help to generate revenue for the charity.
Sólás relies on funding from government foundations and local council initiatives. We would like to thank our funders for their continued, generous and invaluable support.
